The Idyllwild Arts Academy was a key player during the art therapy work at Renaissance Village. Along with being a sponsor of Community Initiatives Foundation, Idyllwild Arts sponsored 11 teens from Renaissance Village to travel to Southern California to participate in their 2006 Summer Youth Arts program (see the story under Project Background), and some of the Idyllwild Arts teachers volunteered for art therapy trips to Renaissance Village. It is an honor to have the print exhibit at the 15th Annual Jazz in the Pines, a fundraising event for the Idyllwild Arts Academy.
